Our following case, has been diagnosed with advanced psoriasis of the upper extremities, for almost 3 months is in οral medication and topical medications in combination with the use the UVB Phototherapy, which is an effective treatment for psoriasis, penetrates the skin and delays the proliferation and growth of psoriasis cells. The combination of phototherapy with systemic formulations can increase the effectiveness dramatically and allow the use of lower doses of the systemic agent.
