Pityriasis Versicolor

Pityriasis versicolor descriptive term for a condition characterized by a superficial peeling of the skin (scaly), accompanied by a change in its color (scaly). It is a common and harmless rash caused by the overgrowth of a yeast (Malassezia furfur).
The main feature of the rash is the appearance of spots in various colors, surrounded by healthy skin on the trunk of the body. They can be white, shades of brown and/or red
The restoration of the natural color of the skin after the treatment will take a few months, but will not leave scars. Since the responsible yeast lives normally on people’s skin, the disease can recur, especially in the summer.
Topical antifungals – shampoos, lotions, creams
Topical preparations with selenium sulphide
Oral antifungals – itraconazole, fluconazole

MESOPEN

Mesopen is an alternative form of mesotherapy. It helps the penetration of active substances, creating portals of entry into the skin barrier with the creation of controlled micronulls, thanks to its specially designed head (pen with 12 tiny titanium pins), without obvious skin injury. Through this mechanism of action, the penetration capacity of the active substances increases.
