Electrical epilation hair removal, or otherwise permanent hair removal, is an ideal method of removing white hairs for the face or when we want to destroy individual hairs without disturbing the surrounding area that may contain fluff. Electrical epilation hair removal is essentially the permanent destruction of the cells located in the follicle and responsible for hair regrowth.
