Mesotherapy
Mesotherapy for firming is a simple injectable mesotherapy which we inject substances that enhance firming using very thin needles.
When we apply a substance on the skin only a small part is absorbed because the absorption depends on many factors (e.g. size of the substance molecules, condition of the skin, humidity etc.).
Using mesotherapy we create small channels on the skin through which active substance can easily penetrate and even reach the dermis.
The substances are chosen by Dr. Yiannos Neophytou who administers the mesotherapy.
Usually he uses dmae, organic silica, carnitine and rutin melot.
By applying ice on the area 10 minutes before the treatment, Mesotherapy for facial firming is very well tolerated.
The only side effects are eventual bruises caused by the needle.
MESOPEN
Mesopen is an alternative form of mesotherapy. It helps the penetration of active substances, creating portals of entry into the skin barrier with the creation of controlled micronulls, thanks to its specially designed head (pen with 12 tiny titanium pins), without obvious skin injury. Through this mechanism of action, the penetration capacity of the active substances increases.
