Treatment of multiple verruca vulgaris (warts) on upper extremities

An incident with multiple verruca vulgaris lesions (warts) in the upper extremities, CO2 laser cauterization was performed 1 month ago and at the follow up after a month it was improved by 60%. Due to the large number of lesions, CO2 laser cauterization was repeated in combination with photodynamic therapy to combat
the virus in areas that are not yet visible.
Before the cauterization, anesthesia was done with anesthetic cream and during the photodynamic treatment, we relieved the patient with cold air and water spray.
Local treatment was given and will be reviewed in 1 month.
