Staphylococcal exfoliative skin syndrome (SSSS syndrome)
Staphylococcal exfoliative skin syndrome is a generalized, confluent, superficially exfoliating condition that occurs most often in infants and young children. It is a febrile, rapidly progressive, generalized, exfoliative infectious disease in which the skin exhibits extensive exfoliation. The disease manifests suddenly with fever, skin tenderness, and erythema localized to the cervix, groin, and axilla. The treatment of choice is a penicillinase-resistant penicillin such as dicloxacillin in combination with rehydration and general supportive measures. If MRSA is detected in the culture, and the response is slow, it is necessary to administer antibiotics selected according to the sensitivity of the microorganisms found.
MESOPEN
Mesopen is an alternative form of mesotherapy. It helps the penetration of active substances, creating portals of entry into the skin barrier with the creation of controlled micronulls, thanks to its specially designed head (pen with 12 tiny titanium pins), without obvious skin injury. Through this mechanism of action, the penetration capacity of the active substances increases.
