Skin aging is due basically to two categories of agents. The first category includes internal agents that have to do with the DNA, genes and heredity. The second category includes agents that are environmental.

Internal skin aging is a constant procedure throughout the whole life. It usually starts at the middle of the third decade around the age of 25.

Inside the skin the collagen production decreases and the properties of elastin change making the skin flabby.

Internal aging is controlled by each person’s genes.
Its rhythm is different from person to person and depends on the genetic material that was inherited.
The signs of internal aging are perceived from the start of said procedure.
