Seborrheic keratosis has usually an oval shape with smooth tip and the color ranges from brownish or gray to black. It can be flat but usually protrudes from the skin a few millimeters and sometimes looks like a “stepped on raisin”.

In many cases it grows even a few centimeters both in length and in width.
Usually they have oily texture and have hyperkeratotic spicules and they become rough and can be rubbed easily.

Sometimes through friction with the clothes or after scrapping , parts of it fall of but because the roots still stand they grow back quickly.
