Mesopen is a machine that looks like a big pen, which at its end carries a head with tiny multiple pins that are running at a very fast pace.
These heads come in sterile packages and are disposable.
It is possible to adjust the rate of application as well as the depth of penetration of the pins into the skin.

The pins at the Mesopen penetrate the skin vertically, minimizing skin damage, pain and recovery time.
These pins cause multiple minor injuries to the skin. They penetrate the epidermis and reach the dermis.
With this mechanism the skin is forced into healing by producing new fresh collagen and elastic fibers.
The pins penetrate the epidermis without destroying it. Due to the elasticity of the epidermis cells the microscopes close very quickly and within a few hours the epidermis returns to its normal state.
